CGST + SGST or IGST on the invoice

The tax you print depends on where the goods or services are supplied. Same state as you: split the GST equally into CGST and SGST (for example 18% = 9% + 9%). Different state: charge IGST at the full rate. Read CGST, SGST and IGST explained.

Tax invoice or bill of supply?

Regular taxpayers issue a tax invoice. Dealers under the composition scheme, and suppliers of exempt goods or services, issue a bill of supply and do not charge GST. If one document covers both taxable and exempt items, an invoice-cum-bill of supply is used. See tax invoice vs bill of supply.
