These Terms govern your use of InvoicePro, provided by Elveysys Technologies. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
InvoicePro provides invoicing, quotations, VAT, supplier bill and reporting tools. We may add, change or remove features over time.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account, including by users you invite. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or malicious content, or use it to issue fraudulent documents.
You own the data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your records and for keeping your own backups where required.
InvoicePro is a software tool and does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice. VAT, corporate tax and e-invoicing outputs should be reviewed by you or your advisor before filing. You remain responsible for your compliance obligations.
Some plans are paid. Fees, limits and billing periods are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Features such as email, WhatsApp and the AI assistant rely on third-party providers and are subject to their availability and terms.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend the service for maintenance or security reasons.
You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or put the service at risk.
The software, design and branding of InvoicePro remain our property. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit or data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
